I’m Erin, a registered Yoga Instructor with over 650 hours of formal training and 15 years of practice, Master Life Coach and NLP Practitioner with a certification in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Beyond any formal qualification, I believe that life is often our greatest teacher. I’ve personally experienced profound personal loss and grief, depression and anxiety, issues with excess weight and hormone imbalances, and I’ve used the same approaches I teach to rebalance my mind, body and spirit.
