I’ve been a student of yoga for over 15 years and I’m passionate about the incredible impacts asana and the yogic philosophies can have on one’s wellbeing.
I’m also a lifelong learner who is about to embark on new certifications in Yoga for the nervous system, Yoga Therapy and Integrative Health, which will cultivate new knowledge I can’t wait to share with you.
